Heading in Huangshangebirge

Huangshangebirge

is so bare mountain ,
all its leaves in the wind.
bamboo leaves rustling breathed his
in the darkness.
return in the cold night
the fog patches back to the mountains.
(Sempervivum)

How often is this mountain in poems, paintings and works of art has already been honored! I was so curious about these mountains . Huang Shan (Chinese 黄山 "Yellow Mountain") located in Anhui Province, southern China. 72 peaks, the highest, the Lianhuafeng (lotus flower peak) with a height of 1841 m above sea level / sea level make up this most picturesque of all the Chinese mountains. Since 1990, include the bizarre, steep mountains rising from the fog with the gnarled old pines UNESCO world natural and cultural heritage.

The Huangshan Mountains are very important since a lot of time for all kinds of Chinese artists. I was really curious about this mountains. Huang Shan is a mountain landscape in Anhui in the South of China. 72 picturesque mountain top are the part of the UNESCO World Nature Heritage.

rises one to walk up the mountain, so it passes through first a vast belt of Phyllostachis pubescens (syn.edulis). This elegant high bamboo with Cunninghamia lanceolata, the spit fir, socialized.

At first we see a lot of Phyllostachis pubescens (syn.edulis) and Cunninghamia lanceolata.

I another Route have hiked in the mountains, was Gerhard Sieber, president of the German bamboo society, with some intrepid ventured to descend, so kind, I identify the other plant communities, so that I can share it with you.

Gerhard Sieber, he is the President of the German Bamboo Group, telled me the different plants in the different zones of the Huangshan Mountains.

I learned to follow that after the bamboo belt evergreen shrubs, such as: Quercus salicina, Photinia, Osmanthus and rhododendrons.

After the meat we Phyllostachis the periwinkle zone with Quercus salicina, Photinia, Osmanthus and rhododendrons.

Many increases in this area in order to have these bamboo chairs, and can easily be uphill or take-off. But now comes the most fascinating flora of this mountain belt. We met our quasi nursery range for ornamental shrubs and trees: Kerrie, Deutzie, Aralia elata, cousa Cornus, Hydrangea paniculata, Philadelphus, Halesia, Hamamelis, Taxus baccata or Magnolia dentata, to name only some of the illustrious trees that grow here.

This bamboo chair is waiting. If you are tired - sit down, please! We are nearer the top and here you can see all what you would like to cultivate for yourself in your own garden! Kerrie, Deutzia, Aralia elata, cousa Cornus, Hydrangea, Callicarpa, Philadelphus, Halesia, Taxus, Magnolia and so on.

It's raining, it's foggy and we have reached the top in population of the pine (Pinus thunbergii). "Sea of clouds" to this mountain is also called, because fog there are more than 260 days a year.

It's chilly and damp and we are now in the population of the Pinus thunbergii. More than 260 days in the year are foggy - today too!

each time, beautiful pine thicket solitary out of the fog. There are really old Methuselah among these trees.

I love this wonderful picturesque Pinus solitaires.

each time, colorful splashes of color from the fog and wake, despite the unpleasant weather our curiosity over again.

Very interesting colored eye catchers are everywhere.

Then again, we see vague schemes, which appear as mysterious characters from Chinese myths before us.

Some trees appeared mystical giants like us.

Suddenly we are facing a host of castles that are in pairs attached to a security abyss. They are the visible signs of the many wedding couples who swear eternal loyalty here, by closing two locks together and throw down the key then the slope.

Suddenly we see a lot of locks. What means that? It's the traditional work of married couples in the honeymoon to promise fidelity for ever!

We stay right in the Huangshangebirge and break from the field trip for the day to let us into the dry heat to escape the hotel. A last look at this fascinating landscape of fog and the hope to realize the next day a little more.

We are sleeping this night directly in one of the 5 hotels in the mountains. So we look a last view in the mystic landscape to go back to our hotel.

What a surprise! The next morning everything is frozen and breathed Christmas white with frost.

A big surprise was awaiting for us at the next morning - the night was very frosty and cold - The trees and brushes are closed in the Christmas fashion.

The rhododendrons roll the leaves together to save energy.

The mountain brook jumps somewhat unfazed by the cold spell from stone to stone.

The little mountain brook is running from stone to stone.

grasses and autumn leaves discolored evocative images create with their frosted tips.

Is this now Autumn or Winter!

melt the icy bodies in a protected place again from.

Some leaves lost the white frost.

Then it looks as if the fog would clear some soup!

It appears to me that the fog is more bright.

If even no vision see, we at least in the macro range always interesting subjects.

near the ground are a lot of little works of art.

It is a unique botanical world has come together here. More and more new plants to fly in the enthusiastic group back and forth.

Sometimes we see new plants between the Pinus population.

Suddenly a cry: "The fog of tears, I see a bruise!

One of us discovered a little blue part in the cloud cover.

And then there is only devotional silence, when suddenly pale, shadowy pastel shows up the first summit as a silhouette in front of our eyes from the fog.

Wow! The first top in pastel is coming out of the fog. What a great moment!

The pines, ground yourself to get the stones striking contours.

Now the trees are looking like trees and the stones are really stones. The reality is coming back.

From mysterious fog ghosts are beautiful trees that are waving their friendly welcome.

The Pinus trees are friendly and near.

They are, the mountains of poets, painters and craftsmen in China!

This are the mountains of the Chinese poets and painters and craft persons!

more new peaks appear and I think of Jimmy Dean's song: "Above the clouds, the limitless freedom to be well ..."

We can see more and more tops.

The joy is great, no rain, no more soup fog, what a shame that we must soon say goodbye to the yellow mountains.

It `s wonderful - sunshiny weather - without rain and fog!

used to be called this mountain formation "Yishan Mountains," which means black mountain and the dark color of the bright Rock covers.

A long time ago the name of this montains what "Yishan Mountains", this means black rocks.
The name of the Yellow Mountains reminds Huang Di (Chinese 黄帝 / 黄帝 ) - the Yellow Emperor. This mythical Urkaiser allegedly found in the sacred mountains of China to the 5 belonging Huangshangebirge the way to infinity and its from here has gone straight to heaven.

The new name, Yellow Mountains, reminds us at Huáng Dì - the yellow emperor.

We, however, go back down to the level in order to see more of China and I will later tell more about Shanghai, Suzhou, the Dragon Well, bullfrogs, Ding and Leonardo.

Now we must leave this wonderful landscape to see Shanghai or Suzhou in the next time.

But I must ask you to bear with the poor quality of the images. But we had a drop in temperature of 30 degrees below zero to light and add 10 days of rain. I was forced for days to take pictures with a blind ongoing display.

I `m sorry for the quality of my pictures. We had up very cold and moist weather and my display of my camera what the most time steamed

再见 [ 再见 ] Zaijian

Good bye - hasta pronto - See you!
